Before co-founding ActionCOACH NM, Mark had a successful 23-year career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He opened operations in Oregon and central coast-California. As Regional Vice President and General Manager of New Mexico and bordering areas, Mark tripled operations in 11 years, coaching 54 location managers and 400 employees.

Since starting ActionCOACH NM in 2007, Mark has coached over 1000 businesses. Mark consistently ranks among the Top 3 coaches in North America, has received the distinction of being a Top 100 Coach globally for the past 5 years and he has been an ActionMAN recipient for the past 4 years. Mark currently serves on the board of the Executive Association of Greater Albuquerque, the Rotary Club of Albuquerque and Committee Chair for the Association of Commerce and Industry.

Before co-founding ActionCOACH NM with her husband, Nicole traveled the world for 12 years as an international model. As the owner of Expressions From Eden, she developed a proprietary process for preserving flowers. Nicole also worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car where as the Daily Operations Manager, she had the highest sales and growth in the Tampa market. As a Corporate Sales Executive, Nicole ranked #1 in the world for the most 6 and 7-figure national accounts signed including the federal government, Navajo Nation, NY Yankees, Outback and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. As the Southwest’s Regional Sales Manager, Nicole led the SW territory from last in global corporate sales rankings to first in one year.
