The Strategic Planning Formula
We use a Strategic Planning formula that outlines our planning philosophy that goes like this: Dreams (5-10 Years out) X Goals (1 Year out) X Planning (90 Days out) X Action (Weekly action steps) = Results.
We use a Strategic Plan pre-work questionnaire that guides our clients through setting long-term, mid-range, and short-term goals. This document then takes the client through a comprehensive list of questions that determine the overall health of the business by identifying important opportunities to improve.
The final step of our Strategic Planning process is to help our clients put their plan down on a one-page 90-Day written plan. This one-page 90-Day plan is then integrated into the coaching process where Mark and Nicole Tobiassen will guide you and hold you accountable to taking the action necessary to accomplish your goals and plans.
